Agent Platform Lead

Own the shared agent runtime every BlinkSky agent runs on: identity, scoped permissions, immutable audit logging, escalation routing and the eval-harness framework.

  • Ship the v1 runtime: agent identity, narrow permissions, and immutable, replayable audit logging in production
  • Make escalation routing real — a policy boundary hands off to a human queue with full context
  • Land the sales agent as the platform's first tenant, through to first live transaction
  • Hire and ramp the platform engineering team

Why it matters Someone has to build the harness before agents can run in it. This is the highest-leverage seat in Wave 1 — every future agent is cheaper and safer because of what this person builds.

Agent Platform Engineer

Full-time · Remote · Contract

Build and harden a runtime pillar — identity/permissions, the audit-log pipeline, escalation routing, or eval-harness tooling — to production quality under real money.

  • Own one runtime pillar outright and ship it tested, observable and documented
  • Ship the SDK other engineers use to onboard an agent onto your pillar
  • Close the loop with the sales agent as first real consumer of your pillar

Why it matters The platform is the leverage, and humans build leverage. Until the harness exists, agents can't safely build the harness.
